The main character, Benson Fisher, comes into this environment prepared for a new chance at life after suffering through countless foster homes, but receives an unpleasant surprise upon arrival. From this enticing beginning right up to the last page, Variants leaves the reader begging for more. A great book for readers who like Lord of the Flies and other books like it.
