Only problem is his mother has to sign his permission slip to go off to Planet Ed. So Willy tries to slide the permission slip in between a bunch of school papers. Unfortunately his mother finds the slip. Even though she is frighten to let him go, she relents. The ship is flown by a droid, and Willy is determined to make him laugh, telling him many jokes on the way. Of course the droid doesn't understand.
