Mark wants a dog more than anything else in the world. But his mother won't let him have one. So everyday he goes and plays with his friends and their dogs, and one cat who thinks he's a dog. On the other side of town their is a dog left by his owner, for he had to move. Buddy is a sweet dog left with an old lady who isn't overly fond of dogs.
